For the recipe, we choose tight and fresh cucumbers, if they are slightly wilted, it is better to pour cold water and leave for 1-2 hours. Salting spices can be used to taste, often they include a set – mustard beans, coriander, dried garlic, peppercorns, allspice, dried dill. To make the cucumbers cook faster, cut them into slices, but if the cucumbers are small, leave them whole. These cucumbers go well with meat, poultry dishes, potatoes, etc.
Prepare your ingredients.
Wash and dry the cucumbers, cut off the tails on both sides. Then cut the cucumbers lengthwise into 2 or 4 pieces.
Transfer the cucumbers to a clean plastic bag. Add a rosette of dill to the cucumbers, chilli to taste.
Add salt and granulated sugar to the cucumbers.
Add pickling spices, oil, lemon juice, mustard beans next to the cucumbers.
Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate the cucumbers for 30 minutes or longer. Then serve the cucumbers to the table.
