Prepare crispy, savory and delicious mustard cucumbers for the winter. The recipe without vinegar, many housewives will definitely like it. Add some spices for flavor.
Prepare all ingredients.
Place peppercorns and bay leaves on the bottom of a clean, sterilized jar. Add any greens if desired – dill, parsley.
Add sugar, salt and dry mustard. Also add garlic.
Place the washed cucumbers in the jar.
Pour cold water over the cucumbers and leave to marinate on the table for 2 days.
The cucumbers fermented.
Drain the cucumbers and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Pour hot brine over the cucumbers and roll up the jars. Turn them over and warm them for 5-6 hours.
Store ready-made cucumbers in a cool and dark place until winter. Exit – 1 can of 1 liter.
